One is real.. and the other isn’t, sadly!!

But it is a genuine Vogue leavers front cover. I used to work for British Vogue (why did you quit I hear you say? I often wonder that myself these days!) and tradition has it that when you leave Vogue one of your parting gifts is a ‘mock’ front cover. So this is what I went away with! “Voice Of Vogue” – I was pretty chuffed with that!

The Woman Alive front cover is entirely real however (embarrassing as it is) and was published shortly after the BBC Radio 2 Competition in 1997. Thankfully I’ve changed quite a bit since then!
