Autumn already?!

I can’t believe that Downton Abbey and Strictly Come Dancing have been back on the telly a few weeks and the evenings are drawing in so fast! Autumn has well and truly landed and winter is looming :-/ Where did summer go?!

The summer months always whizz by for me with singing work but fortunately now there’s a shift down in gear with weddings as we pull away from peak season.. phew.

It’s actually a relief to have a few weeks off from performing, not only to rest my voice but also to take stock of this summer’s bookings while they are still fresh in mind – and wow, what a bumper season it’s been!

I have clocked up some mileage driving from Essex to Oxfordshire, London, Kent, Surrey and Suffolk and have been involved at some incredibly beautiful occasions in stunning locations. It’s certainly been another summer of love!

Thank you to all my clients who booked me to sing at their weddings and special events these past few months. I know it’s a cliché but I really do feel blessed that I’m able to do what I love for a living (well part time at least) ..sing my heart out : )
